Wembley Park Parking FAQ's

Q: Can I Park Overnight?

A. For overnight parking you will be required to pay at the ‘Pay on Foot’ machines for the extra hours before departing. If you have already pre-booked for your event and wish to include an overnight stay, take your booking and your reg number to the Pay on Foot machine and press the intercom to speak to a Marshal prior to payment before departure. Overnight parking cannot be pre-booked.

Q: What happens if my event is cancelled?

A. Should an event be cancelled we will automatically email you confirming your refund which should show back in your account within 5-10 working days from info@epdataservices.com

Q: Are you the Official Wembley Parking site?

A. We are the Official Parking for the Wembley National Stadium, OVO Arena, Wembley and the LDO (London Designer Outlet) Wembley Park

Q: Where is the parking?

A. All the parking is located on the Wembley Park Estate. All Car Parks are a few minutes’ walk from the various venues. If arriving under sat-nav direction, the postcodes for the car parks can be found on the email confirmation received after booking.

Q: What car park will I be parked in?

A. Your car will be parked in the car park that you chose on booking, we reserve the right to change allocated car parks as instructed by Wembley

Q: What time do car parks open & close for Wembley Stadium & OVO Arena, Wembley events?

A.For Wembley stadium and OVO Arena events car parks open 07.00am - 03.00am unless otherwise stated.

Q: How much does the parking cost?

A. Pricing is shown per event and per parking location. Prices may change per event so please check your event date for latest prices. The Tariff boards are displayed on entry to each Car Park

Q: If I leave the car park, can I come back in?

A. Once your car has left the car park there will be no re-entry

Q: Why are you charging Stadium prices when the show is in the OVO Arena?

A. Stadium prices take precedence when both venues are in operation

Q: Do you have disabled (Blue Badge) parking?

A. Yes, we do, Blue Badge parking is in the Blue & Red Car Parks close to the Stadium and Arena. (Reduced price for Blue Badge only applies to car-sized vehicles). There is no free parking as this is a private Car Park

Q: What is classified as an ‘Event Day’?

A. Event day is a Stadium, Arena or Wembley Park event that is advertised on our event listing – i.e. The FA Cup Final or Adele

Q: Can I book for Wembley Stadium Tours?

A. Tours cars may simply use the ‘pay on foot’ machines and park in the Pink or Red car parks

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept most major debit and credit cards (Visa credit, Visa debit, Mastercard and Maestro). We use a secure third party payment provider who will never share your payment details with us, ensuring a secure payment experience. Please note American Express is not accepted at the “pay on foot” machines

Q: How will I know if I have booked successfully?

A. Once your order has been processed and payment accepted you would receive an email with your ticket and directional map attached, this is your proof of purchase and receipt. You will need this to access the car park. We advise that you either print off, or show on your smart phone for access to the car park. Our event day marshals have full list of the pre booked customers

Q: I am using a different car to the one I booked?

A. You may change your vehicle registration by logging into your account using the password you were sent when you booked. The email address that this would have been sent from is no_reply@park-live.com if you can’t find this, try copying and pasting it into your email search bar.

Q: What if my reg number is incorrect?

A. Correct Reg numbers are essential to gain access to the car park. Reg numbers can be updated until 1 hour before the car park opens by logging in to your account using the password emailed to you at the time your booking was confirmed. Incorrect reg numbers will not be refunded

Q: I have booked the wrong date?

A. You can amend the date on your booking by contacting us through our live chat function or emailing us at info@epdataservices.com

Q: Can I get a refund on my booking?

A. You may cancel the booking by requesting a cancellation and refund yourself straight away by logging into your account and selecting the refund option. Alternatively, request one via our live chat function or by emailing us at info@epdataservices.com up to 72 hrs before the event takes place. Refunds will be processed and returned to your original method of payment in 5-10 working days.

Q: How long does it take to exit the car parks?

A. Exit times can vary: Police and local authority will close surrounding streets to enable pedestrians to leave safely, and will require us to hold the vehicles in our car parks until the pedestrian flow has reduced to a safe level

Q: Are there height restrictions at the car parks?

A. Red Multi Storey Parking - 2.45m, Pink Multi Storey - 2.10m, Pink Coach Parking - 4.8m, Gold Multi Storey Parking- 2.00m, Blue Multi Storey Parking- 2.6m, Green Parking - 4.8m
